At the 2020 show, Lexus debuted some new innovations on long-loved models, as well as brought a few surprises with them for audiences to enjoy. As your Southern California Lexus dealer, we're excited to tell you what to expect in the coming years from Lexus.

A Spectrum of Features, Updates, and Surprises on Display

Among the most exciting elements of this year's Chicago Auto show was the appearance of the 2021 Lexus LC 500 Convertible in a debut exterior paint color, Flare Yellow. The convertible model also appeared with gold ribbon details atop new exterior styling to represent Cal's Angels, a pediatric cancer foundation. This specific vehicle strived to increase awareness of the disease at this popular event, as well as encourage donations from attending patrons, through the auction of the car and in-kind donations.

A lineup of show cars were on display throughout the duration of the event, as well. Lexus featured 18 performance vehicles on the floor, spanning the Lexus RC lineup. Special track editions, including the Lexus RC F GT3, show of the long racing heritage of the brand.

Exciting information applicable to those shopping for an everyday Lexus to drive was also made available at the show. The 2020 versions of the Lexus RX and Lexus RLX were on full display, showing off their new technology capabilities including the now-standard smartphone integration features and the updated touchscreen interface.
